Error description
ERROR DESCRIPTION: The problem is due to customer adding a synonym domain to WOCLASS for WORKORDER. The problem is that the OOB queries are pointing to the maxvalue and not the internal value of the woclass domain. The OOB query in the MXAPIWODETAIL object structure is: (woclass =(select value from synonymdomain where domainid ='WOCLASS' and maxvalue = 'WORKORDER') and historyflag = 0 and istask=0 and supervisor=:&personid&) So if you have more than one value, the work center hangs. Steps to Recreate: 1. Open Domain app and bring up WOCLASS domain as user WILSON 2. Add Synonym for WORKORDER. I added RKCLASS, make it default. 3. Open Work Order Tracking and insert new work order and add WILSON as Supervisor. 4. Open the Work Supervision The Work Supervision app starts to open but hangs(keeps spinning) Results: Work Supervision app hangs Expected Result: App work normally, no hang.
