In the Crews application, when modify crew availability is entered, there are issues with crews in the Graphical Resource View application Go to Crews application and insert a new record, Crew=DLINE, fill in Crew Type, Calendar=DAY Shift=DAY Enter three Crafts under Required Crafts Position=DRIVER, Craft=DRIVER, Skill Level=FIRSTCLASS Position=HELPER, Craft=CARP Skill Level=FIRSTCLASS Position=LEADER, Craft=CONSTR, Skill Level=FIRST CLASS More Actions - Modify Crew Availability In resulting dialog box enter a date range for month before and end of this month NOTE: there are no Modify Work Dates for Crew Availability Now go to the Graphical Resource View application and insert a new record Resource List=DLINE, Calendar=DAY EAGLENA, Shift=DAY Under Restrict Resource Availability, click New Row, Data Source=AMCREW, Query Name=My Crew, Where Condition=AMCREWTYPE='Crew Type above' Go to the Graphical View and data is returned Now go to back to the Crews application and recall the record created above More Actions - Modify Crew Availability In the resulting dialog box scroll down to Modify Work Dates data area and enter a new row for Reason Code MEET, Work Date= 2 days in future, Start Time and Stop Time =any entry during the shift that represents 1 hour Click OK in Dialog box Return to Graphical Resources View Recall record DLINE Common Actions Refresh Resource List Click on Graphical View RESULT: the data is no longer there. This is due to the line that was entered in the Modify Crew Availability dialog box in the Crews application If this entry is removed and a refresh is done in GRV the data is once again visible EXPECTED RESULT: An entry in the Modify Crew Availability dialog box in Crews application should not cause the data to disappear in GRV and in the GRV the corresponding date for the MEET entry in Modify Crew Availability dialog box in Crews application should have turned the appropriate color to indicate modified availability Reported Version Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2 IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.8.0
