• Cannot create the license file for RHEL8 - fails with  loading
  libBEScrypto64.dll failed.
  
  Customer  environment that does not have the Internet access,
  Hence they are trying to create the license files on Windows:

  When they tried the steps
  4. Run the generate_license.bat file.
  5. Specify the location of your license authorization file, and
  click Next.
