Error description

  • Problem Description:
    
    When personal information like name, email id or phone number is
    auto-filled from the browser into "Create service request"
    application, those auto-filled values are not get saved into
    reportedby, and reported email field.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    
    1) add personal info like name, emailid, phone in Edge browser
    in Settings > Profiles > Your Profile
    2) open Create SR application in Maximo
    3) some fields will be automatically populated  depending on
    what was added in step 1, e.g. phone, email address, etc
    4) after submitting the details, the Ticket will be created
    5) running a query in the back end will now return 'null' for
    some auto populated fields.
    
    The query is
    
    
    SELECT REPORTEDBY, REPORTEDEMAIL, REPORTEDPHONE,
    AFFECTEDPERSON FROM MAXIMO.SR WHERE TICKETID = 'ticketid'
    
    Environment:
    
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1
