• Problem Description:
  
  When customer edit start center templates and apply coloring
  conditions to portlets the order is not maintained
  after saving the template. Therefore, the portlets are
  incorrectly colored.
  
  Steps to replicate -
  
  1. On the Maximo start center screen, click the modify existing
  template button
  
  Start center creation

  Go back to color option for each portly created and verify the
  color parameter order.
  
  Then go back to the start center and save template. Once saved
  Update Start Center.
  
  You will see the colors option order has changed.
  
  Go to Modify a Template / Select the template that you just
  created / then Edit Portlet / Color Options and you will see the
  order has changed.
  
  Repeat for all 4 result sets to see the difference.

  The query examples are using the customers site but you can use
  an out of the box site like Bedford when creating the queries in
  the application.
