Error description
Problem details: ================= The long description, on the Service Desk -> Service Requests -> Related Records tab -> Related Work Order and Related Tickets sections, cannot be removed from the Application Designer. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: =================== 1. Log in to Maximo as a user with administrator privileges. 2. Navigate to the Application Designer app. 3. Retrieve the SR application. 4. Go to the Related Records tab, select the Description field on the Related Work Orders. 5. Open the Properties for this field. In the Lookup property, remove LONGDESC. 6. Save. 7. Log out, then log back in. 8. Navigate to Service Desk -> Service Requests and create a new record. The long description icon on Related Work Orders is still visible. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: ==================== The Long Description should be removed. Reproduced On: ======================== Maximo 7.6.1.2
