Error description

• Problem Description:
  When you try to create and save a new qd-hoc (QBR) report in an
  environment that aleady contains a very large number of rpeorts
  you will receive an OOM error
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Have more than 25000 reports, doesn?t matter whether Adhoc or
  non-Adhoc. As a workaround to having huge number of report,
  600,000 maxlabels can be inserted for report which has
  app=?REPLIBRARY?
  Go to ?Work Order Tracking? application.
  
  Click on action ?Run Reports?.
  
  ?Reports and Schedules? dialog will pop up, on that dialog
  click on ?Create Report?,
  
  Enter a title for new Adhoc report then click on ?Run and Save
  Completed Report?.
  
  RESULTS:
  System will crash with out of memory error

  should create a new report and show results in preview
