Error description

• Problem Description:
  When a reconcile is performed on a Staged item the total balance
  is incorrect.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Step 1: Check current balance. Let?s say just one bin A.
  Item: XMP-3000
  Storeroom: CENTRAL
  Bin A-9-4: 10
  Step 2: Do physical count, enter count 15 for bin A.
  More Actions > Inventory Adjustments > Physical Count Adjustment
  Physical Count Adjustment dialog box
  New Count: 15
  Click OK
  Step 3: Create a usage of 1 record. Change status to Staged.
  Go To Inventory Usage
  Create Usage: 1030
  Usage Type: ISSUE
  From Storeroom: CENTRAL
  Usage Lines section
  Click New Row
  Item: XMP-3000
  From Bin: A-9-4
  Quantity: 1
  Charge Information
  To Site: BEDFORD
  Work Order: 1002
  Change Status: STAGED
  Use the default stage bin for each inventory item: checked
  Step 4: Do Reconcile
  More Actions > Inventory Adjustments > Reconcile Balances
  Reconcile Balances dialog box
  Storeroom: CENTRAL
  Control GL Account: 6600-800-800
  Shrinkage GL Account: 6600-810-800
  A: 15, B: 1 =16 ? wrong in current Maximo
  
  RESULT: Bin A: 15
  Bin B: 1 =16 ? wrong in current Maximo
  
  Exception: should be 14 for Bin A so total = 15
