Error description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After upgrading to Maximo 7.6.1.2 IFIX013, the reschedule/unassign assignment action in the work order tracking contains an issue. This is caused by APAR IJ31823. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Prepare the environment: - Application Server and Database Server in Europe/Amsterdam timezone UTC/GMT +1 hour 1. Login with a user with a different timezone - in this example Africa/Nairobi +3 DST/N). Note, after updating the timezone you should first log out before changes become active 2. Go to work order tracking 3. Select a work order in status WAPPR 4. Select action - Reschedule/Unassing Assignments 5. Enter a scheduled date: 2-12-2021 14:00 RESULTS: scheduled start updated to 2-12-2021 16:00 (2 hours later than expected): EXPECTED RESULTS: scheduled start updated to 2-12-2021 14:00 EXPECTED RESULTS: The application should not try to load details if there is no work order in the left worklist table. P.S: Another Scenario 0. Server timezone: UTC ( Application Server and DB Server) 1. User time : Australia/Perth (GMT + 8 DST/N) Perth ( Login to Maximo - Change User's timezone ) 2.Go to Work Order Tracking application Create wo ( TSTWO1 ) Scheduled start: 5/11/22 1:00 PM Scheduled finish : 5/11/22 2:00 PM Duration: 1 3. In Assignments Tab, Click New in Assignments Set craft: ELECT Save 4,Go to List Tab Find TSTWO1 Select that Record from the list and run the action Reschedule/Unassign Assignments In Reschedule/Unassign Assignments Dialog, Set Reschedule Date to future date/time ( 5/14/22 5:00 AM) and have Reschedule the assignments? checked. Click OK RESULTS: Scheduled Start becomes to 5/14/22 1:00 PM EXPECTED RESULTS: Scheduled Start shoud change to 5/14/22 5:00 AM PRODUCT VERSION: TPAE 7.6.1.2 IFIX 013
