Error description

• PROBLEM:
  MXDOMAINInterface publish channel event listener doesn't work
  for synonym domain
     Propagate event doesn't work and synonym domain outbound
  transaction is not triggered.
  
  
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
     1. Create a publish channel using the MXDOMAIN object
  structure. Then enable event listener on the publish channel
     2. Associate publish channel to an external system (e.g.
  EXTSYS1) and enable it
     3. Make a change to any synonym domain description
     4. The publish channel event listener did not work. No
  outbound message were sent to the external system
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
     The MXDOMAINInterface publish channel should send the synonym
  domain to the external system.
