IJ37155: UPDATEDB SCRIPT HF7612_50.DBC FAILS TO RUN ON MS SQL SERVER

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  HF7612_50.dbc associated with Maximo 7.6.1.2 IFIX14 fails to run
  on MS SQL server DB.
  
  The Updatedb log shows:
  
  Calling the class file : psdi.script.en.HF7612_50 Wed Dec 08
  15:42:20 AEDT 2021
  ---------------------------------------------------------------
  ----
  com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Incorrect
  syntax near the keyword 'rowcount'.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  - In a Maximo 7.6.1.2 environment using Microsoft SQL server,
  apply IFIX14, run Updatedb.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  
  In Updatedb log, there is following error for script HF7612_50:
  
  
  "com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Incorrect
  syntax near the keyword 'rowcount'."
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  There should not be any error.
  
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  
  Maximo 7.6.1.2 IFIX14
  DB server - Microsoft SQL Server 13.0
