APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • To reproduce:
1. Log into Manage with Health Environment
2. Go to Work Order Tracking
3. Select a record
4. Click on the Work Order List Browser View icon (or can do Run
Reports and Select Work Order List or Details)
The report browser tab displays with the following error:
Error occured in server, check serverlog for detail

For Direct Printing, there's a different error and probably
related:
Errors encountered. For details of the error note current time
and ask your system admin to check server log.
Error:ERRORReport failed to execute. BMXAA5480E - The report
woprint.rptdesign of the WOTRACK application failed to run.
- BMXAA5476E - The report woprint.rptdesign could not be
prepared to run.
- Syntax error found, and see error details.
