Error description

• Problem
  When changing a po line from condition code enabled item to a
  non condition code enabled item Maximo does not clear the
  Condition code field
  
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  
  Go to Purchase Orders application
  Create a new purchase order
  Populate the Vendor field any vendor
  
  Click on PO Lines tab
  Click New Row
  Populate the Item field with a condition code enabled item
  example LN7023
  Populate the Condition Code field= New
  Populate the storeroom field = Central
  save the record
  Now remove item LN7023 and replace with an item that is not
  condition enable example IKLEEN
  Change status to approve
  
  Results
  The Condition code field is still populated with New even though
  Item IKLEEN is not condition code enabled
  
  Expected Results
  Changing the po line to non condition enabled item  should clear
  the condition code field
