• Problem Description
  Work Center is building a wrong question number to inspection.
  It's causing an error and it's confusing users while try to
  search questions to add a condition in Manage inspection work
  center.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  .GO TO >> PLANNING >> MANAGE INSPECTION FORMS
  .Click Create form
  .Enter a name
  .Form type: Inspections
  .Click Add Question
  .Question description: Group 01
  .Add a single choice question
  .Enter a simple description
  .Add a second single choice question
  .Enter a simple description as well
  .Click Done
  .Save
  .Click to Edit the question
  .Delete the second question
  .Recreate the same questions again
  .Click Done
  .Save
  .Click Conditional Settings
  .Click in the first questions 1.01
  .Add Condition
  .If answer is: select any option
  .Click in lookup to "Then" field
  .Select A Response field dialog is showing 1.03 question (it's
  wrong)
  .Select 1.3
  .Look at "Then" field is showing 1.02 (correct questions)
  .Change to required answer
  .Now manually type 1.03 [description]
  .Save
  
  RESULTS: 1.03 XXX is not a valid target.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  User expects to see the correct question
  number in the lookup.
