• Problem description
  The Precaution Description is Deleted From WOPRECAUTION Table
  For Safety Plans
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking Application and Open any Work Order
  
  
  2. Go to Safety Plans tab.
  3. Add 2 hazards.Heat1 and Heat2
  
  4. Add Precautions: "Gloves" Description: "Wear Gloves" to both
  hazards Heat1 & Heat2.
  5. Save the record.
  6. Delete precaution: "Gloves" from hazard Heat1.
  7. Entry from WOPRECAUTION table for "Gloves" precaution is also
  removed.
  8. Expand precaution for hazard Heat2.
  9. No description: "Wear Gloves" is populated to attached
  precaution.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Precaution Description should not be deleted.

  IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
