APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PROBLEM: We cannot schedule a recurring report or crontask for
  the last day of the month.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  In any application, select Run Reports.
  
  Choose a report, select 'Recurring' and click the looking glass
  to select a schedule.
  
  
  Select 'Every 1 month, on Day 31 at time 06:00. (Anytime will
  give the same result)
  Then click Preview.
  You will notice that December's date preview date is 12/30/21
  and January's is 1/30/22.
  
  No date exceeds 30.

  This was duplicated in the lab.
