IJ36068: NOT ABLE TO GENERATE WORK ORDER FOR PM - MULTI ROUTES WITH INSPECTION FORM

  Not able to generate work order for PM - MULTI Routes with
  Inspection Form
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open the Routes application and then the details for the
  route Q-PUMPS.
  2. Add the inspection form ?1001? for all assets from the route
  3. With ?Go To/Assets action check in Assets application if the
  assets from the route are active or in ?OPERATING? status,
  change the status if not
  4. Save the route.
  5. Open the Preventive Maintenance application
  6. Click to add a new PM and fill in:
  a. Description: Test PM
  b. Asset: an asset e.g.?1006?
  c. Route: Q-PUMPS
  d. Add a frequency
  e. Save the PM and change the status to ACTIVE
  7. Click on More Actions -> Generate Forecast FOR 100 DAYS
  8. Click on Generate Work Orders
  UNEXPECTED RESULTS:
  9. Fill in the required information? the following error message
  is displayed: BMXAA4211E - Database error number 1 has occurred
  when operating on WORKVIEW : Record=1214 Class=WORKORDER
  Site=BEDFORD. Report the error to the owner of the deployment.
  10. The error in OOB with DB2: BMXAA4211E - Database error
  number -803 has occurred when operating on WORKVIEW :
  Record=1568 Class=WORKORDER Site=BEDFORD. Report the error to
  the owner of the deployment.
  11. Errors in the logs:

  the owner of the deployment.
