• Problem
  When you duplicate a Blanket Type contract the Create Release
  field is editable if you uncheck the field then save the record
  you are not able to check the field again even if you revise the
  contact
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  
  Go the Purchase Contracts Application
  Filter for an approved blanket type contract
  More Action >Duplicate Contract
  Do not save the record
  Click on Properties Tab
  Notice that the Create Release field is editable > Uncheck the
  Create Release field
  Save the Record
  More Actions >  Revise Contract
  
  Create Release field is not editable
  
  Results
  Duplicating a blanket contract the Create Release field is
  editable once you save the record you can not check the field
  
  Expected Results
  The Create Release field should not be editable
