IJ35966: WHEN UPLOADING NEW ATTACHMENT, ERROR IS FOUND IN CHROME BROWSER IN DEVELOPER MODE WITH TIVOLI09 SKIN

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When uploading new attachment, error is found in chrome browser
  in developer mode with tivoli09 skin
  NOTE: Issue only occurs with tivoli09 and tivoli13 skin
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. In chrome browser login to Maximo
   2. Go to system properties, search for mxe.webclient.skin
  property and change global value to tivoli09
  
  3. Save changes and perform live refresh.
  
  4. Log out (notice the welcome screen skin has changed to
  tivoli09 skin).
  
  5. Login and go to Asset application
  
  4. Select first asset record
  
  5. In Chrome browser menu, go to more tools -> developer tools
  
  6. Attach a document to the asset record by selecting on the
  attacment paper clip icon -> Add New attachments -> Add New
  file
  
  7. Error is thrown in the developer tools console tab
