Error description
When clicking ?View Work Details? after opening the asset drilldown in the Work Order Tracking application, the ?Relate Records? button doesn?t work. You will be presented with the following error message: BMXAA4176E - Attribute WONUM does not exist. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine the process or app referencing the invalid attribute. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open the Work Order Tracking application and select a work order that has an asset associated which is used on at least 2 other work orders, e.g. filter for work orders for asset 11430 2. Click ?Open Drilldown? by opening the menu next to the asset number. 3. Click ?View Work Details?. 4. Select at least 2 work orders to relate and click ?Relate Records?. The error will now show: BMXAA4176E - Attribute WONUM does not exist. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine the process or app referencing the invalid attribute. RESULT: An error message is displayed when using View Work Details. EXPECTED RESULT: The View Work Details dialog should display without any error REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
