APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • There is a scenario where the receipt status on a PO is NONE,
    when there have been receipts for a PO.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Go to PO and Create PO with 1 service line, Company
    =BURSAW, Receipt Required?=CHECKED, Inspection
    Required?=CHECKED, GL Debit Account=6000-200-300, Unit
    Cost=100.00
    2. Approve PO
    3. Go to Receiving app Service Receipts tab and receive PO
    line-Select Ordered Services, Save record
    4. Return to PO and Revise PO
    5. Uncheck inspection required on rev 1
    6. Save and Approve PO rev 1
    7. GO to Receiving, Service Receipts tab and change inspection
    status on receipt to complete from rev 1
    RESULT: Receipts=NONE
    8. Now return service on PO rev 1, Select Services for Return
    9. Go to PO and Revise PO again
    10. Check Inspection Required? on rev 2
    11. Save and approve rev 2
    12. Go to Receiving Service REceipts, Receive line rev 2
    13. Change inspection status to complete from rev 2
    RESULT:
    Receipt Status says NONE
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Receipts should show the appropriate receipt
    status
