Now you have a Form created for EAGLENA org and BEDFORD site.

From the top right menu, click the Profile button -> Default
    Information

In the Default Insert Site, change it to WOKING site (EAGLEUK
    org)
Go to Assets app and create a new Asset for the WOKING site

From the More Actions menu, choose Associate Inspection Form
Choose the form that you just created for BEDFORD
    Save the Asset.
