Error description
Attachments not available with special Chars when using mxe.doclink.securedAttachment=true. When setting the mxe.doclink.securedAttachment property to false, this does not occur. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set mxe.doclink.securedAttachment = True 2. Create an attachment with & character 3. Open the attachment created in step 2 Current result: Opening the attachment fails with error: The server has encountered an unknown error. Reload the application and try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Expected results: The attachment should open regardless of the & character present in its name. Environment: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
