Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    When we are opening attachments it is not opening if it is
    folder view. However it is working fine while opening single
    document.
    Folder structure can be accessible separately
    
    Step to Reproduce:
    Makes sure you have UNC set per technote

    1. Open Work Order tracking and bring up a workorder
    2. Attach new document
    3. View Attachment click on link to open the attachment
    
    Results:
    Documents won't open.
    404 not found error occasionally but opens upon multiple tries.

    Documents open in browser as expected
