Error description
PROBLEM: Running reports from Toolbar not possible when Locale is set to ?de_CH?. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: n/a STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1)Log into Maximo v7612>set locale to Eng(Canada)anything other than de_CH (German (Switzerland)). 2)add direct print reports to WOTRACK application direct print menu, so that thre are several in the overflow. 3)change the locale to de_CH (German (Switzerland)) save and log out. Log back in. 4)go to WOTRACK >click on any of the overflow reports that were added custom reports, and none should be clickable. Originally added, OOTB reports are still clickable. This behaviour is only observed with LOCALE set to: de_CH (German (Switzerland)) CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: You will see that nothing happens, no new browser window opens therefore no report is run. EXPECTED RESULT: Birt Report Viewer new browser window to open and run report. ADDITIONAL INFO: root cause is the apostrophe in the menu ID, if it's over 999 (i.e. "menu_reportbuttons_1'298_4_a"). Issue is reproducible in every browser, in addition to Chrome v93, and in FireFox v91.
