  DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR=ORA is set:

  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.

  The model information for project SCH1239 failed to load. For
  more information, check the Maximo log file (in your application
  server directory) or contact your system administrator.
