IJ35427: [DATAFLOW] - TPAE - LOCATION IS NOT HANDLING LOCATION METERS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Current situation:
  In order to have Location Health, Operational Status working, we
  need MEASUREMENT for locations.
  The same approach we have for Assets, MHASSETLOAD we need for
  Locations.
  Probably MHOPERLOC should also handle LastReading under
  LocationMeter
  
  Pre-req:
  Dataflow configured and event listener turned on for Locations
  and Assets
  In EAM, create a new location and not save it yet
  Switch to Meters tab, enter a new meter TEMP-F, Last Reading = 1
  and Last Reading Date will be filled automatically
  Save the record
  Go To Message tracking and you will see it failed
  Remove this message in Message Reprocessing
  Do the same for Asset. Create an asset and not save it yet
  Switch to Meters tab, enter a new meter TEMP-F, Last Reading = 1
  and Last Reading Date will be filled
  Save the record
  Go To Message Tracking and you will see the message going
  In Health you see the asset and its meter reading under
  Operational Status section
