APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Labor costs in the view costs menu are showing 0 when a CREW is
    selected in the work order.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    CRAFT: ELECT - box CREW?: checked
    
    1. Go to Crew Type application and create a Crew Type
    Under Required Crafts click on New Row
    Position: HELPER
    Craft: ELECT
    
    2. Go to Crews application and create a new CREW and associate
    the Crew type created above
    
    3. Go to Work Order Tracking application and create a new work
    order
    
    4. Under Plans tab > Labor subtab > click on Select Crew Type
    button
    Select the Crew Type created above
    Effort Hours: 4:00
    SAVE
    APPROVE work Order
    
    5. Under Assignments tab a line should be created with the crew
    type selected on the step 4
    Scheduled Start date: 08/10/2021 02:00 AM
    SAVE
    
    6. Under Actuals tab > Labor Subtab> Click on ?Enter time by
    Crew?
    CREW: The crew created on step 2
    Under Work Orders assigned to Crew... > click on Select Work
    Order
    Start time: 2:00 am
    Finish Time: 6:00 AM
    
    Under Labor for Crew... > New Row
    Position: HELPER
    Labor > select a value > filter by craft = ELECT and skill level
    = null - I choose LIBERI
    Total Regular Hours: will update to 4:00
    
    OK
    
    The labor LIBERI will insert at Actuals Labor
    Regular Hours will update to 4:00
    Rate: 17,00 (ELECT rate as per Craft record)
    Line Cost: 68,00
    
    7. More Actions > View > Costs
    
    Expected Result: The Actuals column for the Internal Labor row
    should show a value of 68.00
    
    Result: In the Actuals column for the Internal Labor row it is
    showing the value 0
    The Current Estimate and Approved Estimate columns show the
    values correctly.
