Error description

  • It is not possible to create a service request and its dependent
ticket specifications based on a ticket template using REST API
calls
Steps:
1) Authenticate in a server with demo data -
http://localhost:7001/maximo
2) Create a new SR using template SRD1012 - http://localhost:70
01/maximo/oslc/os/mxapisr?rsmeta=1&lean=1&action=wsmethod:creat
eTicket&ticketClass=SR&templateID=SRD1012
Expected behavior: Among the retrieved information,
"classstructureid":"RESTROOMS" and "templateid":"SRD1012" must
be included
Current behavior: User receives the error BMXAA9372E
