Error description

• PROBLEM:
  When importing a Labor record, errors appear relating to the
  population of the PersonID property of the LABORCRAFTRATE
  object:
     BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the Person field on the
  LABOR object.
  
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
      1. Create a new person in Maximo People application.
      2. Import a labor record associated with the above person
  using MXLABOR object Structure and MXLABORInterface enterprise
  service.
      3. If the importing file did not include LABORCRAFTRATE
  section. Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) can import the labor
  successfully.
      4. If the importing file includes LABORCRAFTRATE section:
     <LABORCRAFTRATE action="AddChange">
  
        ...
  
      </LABORCRAFTRATE>
     Importing is failed with below error message:
     BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the Person field on the
