APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Cannot uncheck the "Print attach document with
    report if printable type" check box on
    "Attachment Properties" window.
    
    This issue happens only in non English environment.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Open any application. For example,
    open Assets application.
    
    2) Open an Asset record and click
    [Attachments]-[Add New Attachments]-[Add New File].
    
    3) On [Create a File Attachment] window,
    select a file with the extension which is listed in
    mxe.doclink.doctypes.allowedFileExtensions.
    For example, select a txt file.
    
    4) Click OK to close [Create a File Attachment] window.
    
    5) Click [Attachments]-[View Attachments].
    
    6) On [View Attachments] window,
    click [Attachment Properties] icon.
    
    7) On [Attachment Properties] window, confirm
    "Print attached document with report if printable type?"
    check box is read only.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    "Print attached document with report if printable type?"
    should be editable on [Attachment Properties] window.

    Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
