Error description

• DESCRIPTION: When you duplicate a Work Order the
  workorder.remarkdesc shows on the duplicated WorkOrder.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1.In the Work order tracking application, Go to a work Order
  that has the remarks fields populated with in the failure
  reporting tab, where
  the work order is closed.
  
  2. Go to more actions ? duplicate Work Order
  Click on Duplicate Work Order signature option.
  The Remarks description field is populated with in the failure
  reporting tab.
  The issue is the remarks field is copied over on the duplicate
  work order
  
  RESULT: Duplicating a work order, also copies the remarks field.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The Remarks field should remain blank once the
  work order has been duplicated
