APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    We are upgrading to 7.6.1.2 and going through the testing cycle.
    We have observed that in the upgraded version,  hovering  on
    information icon ?i? does show the detail window but clicking on
    the same does not bring up the detail window .  The same
    scenario was tested in our Quality environment(Q01) which has
    7.6.1.1 and there both hovering and clicking on the information
    icon ?i? show the details. Attached video shows the difference
    between the Q01 and Sandbox environments..
    
    The issue was replicated on Edge and Chrome.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1- Open any Workorder,
    
    2- Navigate to the reported by field there hover over the field
    and the details for the reported by shows up but the detail
    window does not pop up when the information icon is clicked 'i'.
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    The field and the details for the reported by shows up but the
    detail window does not pop up when the information icon is
    clicked 'i'.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Show the pop up when the information icon is clicked 'i'.
