IJ34949: TAKE ACTION LABEL DOES NOT DISPLAY THE OPTION "CREATE WO FOR ITEMS THAT REQUIRE"

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Take Action label does not display the option "Create WO for
  items that require"
  
  PROBLEM:
  When you are conducting an inspection in Work Center using an
  Inspect Form, the Take Action label does not display the option
  "Create WO for items that require" when you are logged in as
  another language profile, such as French or Spanish, other than
  english.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Change the user language in Users app for Wilson to French or
  Spanish
  
  Log out and Log into Maximo as Wilson, but select French login
  or Spanish Login
  
  Ensure in Automation Scripts app the script
  OSACTION.MXAPIINSPRESULT.CREATEWO is active.
  
  Go to Manage Inspection Forms app
  
  Click Create Form
  
  Give it a name like TESTFORM
  
  Click Add Question
  
  On the Response Fields section, select Single Choice
  
  On the Right side of the dialog, enter a question, a
  description, enter option1 and option2 with any values you
  want, and ensure both are marked with the "Require Action"
  flag, then click Done.
  
  Click Save
  
  Click Form Settings
  
  On the Form settings button, ensure that you add the
  OSACTION.MXAPIINSPRESULT.CREATEWO from the Available actions to
  the "Select Actions" for this form, and click Done.
  
  Change Status from Draft to Active
  
  From the Go To, click on Conduct an Inspection
  
  Click on Unscheduled Inspection
  
  Specify asset 11430
  
  On the "Select an inspection form" , remove the "Recommended"
  flag, and pick the inspection form you created
  
  Click on Start
  
  On the questions from the form, select any of the answers you
  created, then click Complete
  
  You will see the "Completed Inspections Summary" dialog, and
  there is a Take Action label to the right side of the screen,
  that when you click on it, the following option will appear :
  
  "Create WO for items that require..."
  
  NOTE : This option "Create WO for items that require..." label
  will only appear in english. If you are working with an user in
  another language, such as French or Spanish, there is just a
  blank label, which confuses the user.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Take Action label does not display the option "Create WO for
  items that require"
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Take Action label displays the option "Create WO for items that
  require" normally
