IJ34934: HAZARD ATTACHMENTS DO NOT DISPALY IN JOB PLAN ATTACHMENTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Hazard Attachments do not display in the Job Plan attachments
  when a hazardousitem is added to Job Plan materials.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  1)Planning >Safety >Hazards>select SULFACID(Sulfuric Acid)
  record
  2)Attachments > Add New Attachments > Add New File
  3)Select folder MSDS(or any folder, attachments, images etc) >
  click select file > add pdf document > save
  4)Available Associations >select "Can Have Precautions?" check
  box, slect "Can Have Hazadouse Materials?" check box
  5)Save
  6)Item Master > create new Item (non rotating) "Test12"
  order unit=each, issue unit=each
  7)More Actions > Add Items to Storeroom > Storeroom=Central >
  unit cost = 25.00 > click "Ok"
  8)Change status >New Status = Active ,Check "Roll New Status to
  Organizations and Inventory?"
  9)More Actions> Item/Organization Details >Status=Active >Hazard
  =SULFACID(from step#1&2 with attachment)
  10)Click "OK"
  11)Planning>Job Plan>create new job plan "TESTJP">
  Location=BR240
  12)Materials subtab > click new row >Item =Test12(from Step#6)
  >Storeroom =Central
  13)Save
  14)Job Plan tab > attachments > view attachments >note:hazard
  "SULFACID" attachment is not displayed
  
  
  RESULTS:
  Hazard or Precaution attachments do not display in Job Plan
  attachments when the Hazardous Item is added to the Job Plan
  materials.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  When a hazardous item is added to the Job Plan materials if the
  hazardous item has an attachment from the hazard it  should be
  displayed from the Job Plan attachments.
