APAR status

Error description

  • Problem Description
    Shipment application has a site level set up and If there is
    more than one shipment record with the same shipment num for
    different sites, there is a mismatch of shipment receipt lines
    associated with each shipment.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE
    1) Set default site to NASHUA
    
    2) Go to >> Inventory >> Inventory Usage.
    
    3) Create a new record as shown below.
    
    It should be a transfer from NASHUA (CENTRAL) ? BEDFORD
    (CENTRAL).
    
    .ITEMNUM: 0-7205
    
    .Quantity ? 5
    
    .Usage Type ? TRANSFER
    
    4) Change status to SHIPPED
    
    5) Set default site to FLEET
    
    6) Go to >> Inventory >> Inventory Usage.
    
    7) Create a new record as shown below.
    
    It should be a transfer from FLEET (CGY) ? NASHUA (CENTRAL).
    
    .ITEMNUM: 29331
    
    .Quantity ? 3
    
    .Usage Type ? TRANSFER
    
    8) Change status to SHIPPED
    9) Change the Shipment Num manually to match the 1st shipment
    created in order to replicate the behavior
    10) Go to >> Inventory >> Shipment Receiving
    
    11) Open 1st Shipment for site BEDFORD
    
    12) Receive the shipment lines on this record by clicking
    select shipped items.
    13) Open 2nd Shipment for site NASHUA
    
    14) Shipment line from previous record that was received shows
    on this record. Note that there was nothing received on this
    shipment.
    
    RESULTS: Shipment record are showing shipment lines from another
    shipment record due to the fact Shipment application is site
    level and the shipment id is matching with another record.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:  User expects not to see receipt lines from
    another shipment record.
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION:  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0
