• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new condition within Conditional Expression Manager
  [Administration > Conditional Expression Manager]
  	Condition: INVCOMP
  	Type: EXPRESSION
  	Expression   :status = 'COMPLETE'
  	Always Evaluate?: Checked
  2. Edit INVUSAGE within Application Designer [System
  Configuration > Platform Configuration > Application Designer]
  3. Select Action > Add/Modify Signature Options
  	a. New Row
  	b. Option: BLUEWHEEL
  	c. E-Signature enabled?: Checked
  4. Open Table Properties for the Usage Lines table [On the
  Inventory Usage Tab, outside the usage lines header)
  		Signature Option: BLUEWHEEL
  			Security Group: EVERYONE
  			Condition: INVCOMP
  			True
  			Property: inputmode
  			Value: readonly
  5. Go to Security Group > EVERYONE > Inventory Usage > Grant
  Access for "BLUEWHEEL" [Security > Security Groups]
  6. Log off, Log on
  7. Create a new Inventory Usage within the Inventory Usage
  application [Inventory > Inventory Usage]
  	a. Enter Storeroom, Item and GL account information
  8. Change Status to COMPLETE
  Result: Blue Wheel spins forever
