Error description

  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    Problem details:
    =================
    When the customer tries to duplicate an Inspection form or
    create a revision, he can only see a spinning wheel, but no
    revision or duplicate is created.
    There are no errors in the UI.
    
    On further analysis, the record inserted in the
    INSPCASCADEOPTION table is missing values for the following
    attributes:
    SRCTXTRESPONSE, TGTQUESTION, TGTFIELD, INSPECTORFEEDBACK,
    SHOWMESSAGE, OPERATOR1, OPERATOR2, NUMBER1, NUMBER2.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    ===================
    - The customer logs in to the Inspection Form.
    - In the landing page of the work center there are several
    active inspection forms.
    - The customer selects to duplicate the inspection form #1107,
    called 9028 - Provozni kontrola (Kopirovat), by clicking the
    Duplicate button.
    - This results in a spinning wheel and no other action. In the
    video, the spinning wheel is seen for about 20 seconds, then the
    video is cut off. There is no indication the form was duplicated
    and the customer mentions the
    
    spinning wheel doesn't stop after those 20 seconds.
    - The customer then, using the same inspection form, tries to
    create a revision, using the Create Revision button. This
    results in the seeing the same spinning wheel, but there is no
    indication the revision was created.
    
    EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
    ====================
    The inspection form should be duplicated and a revision should
    be created.
