  Steps to reproduce :
  1) Follow method as per LMT URL :

  2) Upon clicking step 4:   Run the generate_license.bat file.
  3) Error below appeared :
  Dynamic library failed to load (D:\ilmt/libBEScrypto64.dll):
  LoadLibrary failed.
  

Local fix

• To use separate installers for BF/Db2/LMT.
