IJ34763: 'WE ARE SORRY, BUT SOMETHING WENT WRONG' ERROR DUE TO PREDEFINED USER HAVING 'WEB REPORTS' AS AUTHENTICATION METHOD

Error description

• Starting from 9.2.24 ILMT does not accept the 'Web Reports' as
  an authentication method for ILMT users. When a user tries to
  login (or when there is an existing user session stored in
  browser cache) with the 'Web Reports' setting used as the
  authentication method, then ILMT will respond with the internal
  server error message - 'We are sorry, but something went wrong'.

Local fix

• As a workaround clear browser cache/cookies, login using ILMT
  administrator account and manually switch authentication method
  for all the user accounts which still use the 'Web Reports' as
  their authentication method:
