IJ34651: MAXIMO THROWS ERROR, WHEN A BIRT RPTLIBRARY FILE IS DEPENDENT ON ANOTHER RPTLIBRARY FILE.

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  When a BIRT rptlibrary file is dependent on another rptlibrary
  file, Maximo don't populate meta data table correctly. While
  running report exception is thrown and to log it write error
  like /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/temp/.../ma
  ximouiweb.war/reportruntime/reports/1624886993599/birtreport/Ma
  ximoSystemLibrary"is not found
  
  PROBLEM:
  Reports fail to run on report server
  Report error message populated and all reports on server failed
  to run and library description disappear from ?View library
  dialogue? and from reportdesign table in the database
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.	Export rptlibrary from export library action in report
  administration application.
  2.	Create a new folder called something like ?original? and copy
  the exported zip file into it .
  3.	Extract the zip file.
  4.	Copy the ?original? folder and rename it to rptlibrary
  5.	Extract the zipfile.
  6.	Add new file (eg: Logo, image) to folder.
  7.	Update rptlibrary to embed the new logo.
  8.	Update the report library .
  9.	Add file to resource.zip file
  10.	from import library action in report administration
  application
  11.	In ?Existing Library File?, browse to the .rptlibrary file
  and select it. In ?Existing Library File?.
  12.	In ?Library File?, browse to the location of new .rptlibrary
  file and select it.
  13.	In the ?Report Resource File?, browse to the location of the
  resource.zip file and select it.
  14.	Press ok
  15.	Run any report
  
  16.	Report error message populated and all reports on server
  failed to run and library description disappear from ?View
  library dialogue? and from reportdesign table in the database.

  When reimporting the rptlibrary file even if it is dependent on
  another rptlibrary file Maximo should automatically populate the
  metadata table in /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv0
