Error description

• In an environment with several instances, when changing the
  value of an ?Instance Only? property and live refresh is done
  the value is emptied.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Open the System Properties application
  Create new property max.shouldLoadbalancerSendTraffic ,
  Description: Test Property
  
  Check Instance Only.
  
  Save.
  
  Create new instance property max.shouldLoadbalancerSendTraffic.
  
  
  Set Value to ?true?
  
  Set Server to MXUI1.
  
  Save.
  
  Create new instance property max.shouldLoadbalancerSendTraffic.
  
  
  Set Value to ?false?
  
  Set Server to MXUI2.
  
  Save. At this moment the global property shows the value
  ?false?
  Check the global property max.shouldLoadbalancerSendTraffic
  Click on Live Refresh
  
  Click OK.
  
  Exit out of System Properties.
  
  Return to System Properties
  
  Note that value for the instance property,
  mxe.db.fetchResultStopLimit for server MXUI1 is now NULL.
  RESULT:
  The value for the instance property, mxe.db.fetchResultStopLimit
  for server MXUI1 is emptied.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The value for the instance property, mxe.db.fetchResultStopLimit
  for server MXUI1 should not be emptied.
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1
