IJ34541: DOBLE SCROLL BAR IN RICH TEXT FIELDS AFTER IFIX 011

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  Doble scroll bar in Rich Text fields after IFIX 011.
  
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  After installing the TPAE 7.6.1.2 IFix 011, we noticed that a
  vertical scrollbar always appears on Rich Text Entry fields and
  if there is enough data in the field to actually require
  scrolling, a second vertical scrollbar appears just to the left
  of the first one.
  
  
  
  This is true whether the Rich Text Entry field appears on a tab
  such as the "Details" field on the main tab of the Service
  Requests application or if the Long Description icon is used to
  open the Long Description dialog.
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  In a 7.6.1.2 environment with TPAE IFIX 011 applied
  
  Go to the Service Requests application
  
  Create a new SR
  Look at the 'Details' field
  
  Notice a vertical scrollbar appears even though there is not
  text in the field and therefore nothing to scroll
  Now type a bunch of text so that there are more lines than fit
  in the display
  Notice that a second vertical scrollbar appears.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  A vertical scrollbar appears even though there is not text in
  the field and therefore nothing to scroll.
  It makes a second scroll bar to be show when there is data to
  scroll in the field.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  A vertical scrollbar should appear only if there is data to
  scroll.
