Error description

  • PROBLEM: When returning from Work Order Tracking application in
    Graphical Scheduler application/Gantt view, Gantt view screen
    id not retain
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. Go to Work Order Tracking application
    There are 3 work orders like below
    Workorder: D2W1 (with some tasks)
    Target/Schedule Start Date: 2020/07/30 9:00
    Duration: 8hrs
    Workorder: D2W2 (with some tasks)
    Target/Schedule Start Date: 2020/09/30 9:00
    Duration: 8hrs
    Workorder: D2W3 (with some tasks)
    Target/Schedule Start Date: 2021/08/30 9:00
    Duration: 8hrs
    2. Go to Graphical Scheduling application
    Create a schedule: TESTSCH
    Set Calendar/Shift: DAY/DAY
    In Work Query, set query: WONUM like 'D2W%'
    Save
    3. Click Graphical View.
    You can see 3 work order's bars
    4. Click D2W3 bar - Move (or Drag) to 2020/08/30 15:00
    5. Go to Work Order tracking from D2W3 work order
    D2W3 work order will be displayed in Work Order Tracking
    application
    6. Return from Work Order Tracking application
    
    RESULTS: Gantt view did not retain like the screen before going
    to Work Order Tracking
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Previous screen should retain to display
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
    IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.8.0
