IJ34382: IOT CONNECTOR - "USEQUEUE=1" SETTING UPDATES METER VALUE AS ALWAYS "1" IN MAXIMO EAM

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  The IoT Connector uses several endpoints that integrate data
  from IoT platform sensors and devices with asset and location
  meters in maximo. The Iot connector can use JMS queue for this
  data processing by specifying 1 for the USEQUEUE parameter while
  configuring the cron task for it. With this setting the readings
  for asset and location meters in maximo is always being set to 1
  which is incorrect. The meter reading should be read from the
  data coming from the Iot platform.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. set USEQUEUE=1 in IOTOTHER cron task instance under
  IOTHISTORIAN crontask
  2. configure IOT Connector to entity/entity type in MAS Monitor
  and a Maximo meter
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The meter reading should be read from the data coming from the
  Iot platform
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  Maximo meter receives value as "1" irrespective of value in
  Monitor
  
  WORKAROUND:
  None
