Unable to Open A  Work Center Inspection Forms From Work Order
Tracking Application

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Work Center, Manage Inspection Form, create a new form
and save it.


2. Go to Work Order Tracking Application and create a new work
order, under the job details add the Inspection form


3.Go to the Inspection Form


4. The form does not open.



EXPECTED RESULTS:
Should be able to open an inspection form from Work Order
tracking application.
