• PROBLEM: When trying to enter meter reading with future
  measurement date, it saved without error
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Condition Monitoring application
  2. Create a point (eg.1005)
  Set Asset: 11230
  Set Meter: TEMP-C
  Set Upper Warning Limit/Action Limit etc
  Save
  Set measurement Date: Future date (eg.30/08/2023)
  Set Measurement: 100
  Save
  
  RESULTS: It is saved without error even if measurement date is
  future date
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: It should give an error message to explain
  future meter readings cannot be reported
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
