APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Maximo is no longer generating batch inspections
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    A) Create a new Route with two tasks
    1. Go To Planning | Routes
    2. Click on New
    3. In the Route field, enter a name
    4. Select the Work Order Task checkbox in the section "When this
    Route is applied to a Work Order, the Route Stops will become:"
    5. In the Route Stops section, click the "Select Assets" button
    6. In the Select Assets dialog window, select two assets
    7. Click Ok
    8. On the two assets added, select the Inspection Form
    look-up->Select Value
    9. In the Select Inspection Form dialog, select an inspection
    form for both assets
    10. Click Save
    
    B) Create a Job Plan
    1. Go to Planning | Job Plans
    2. Click on New
    3. In the Job Plan field, enter a name
    4. Select the "Interruptible" checkbox
    5. In the Job Plan Tasks, click the New Row button
    6. Add a task
    7. Click Save
    8. Click on Change Status and select Active
    
    C) Create a PM with Route and Job plan
    1. Go to Preventive Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance
    2. Click New
    3. In the Route field, select the route created on Step A.3
    above
    4. In the Work Order Information section, on the Job Plan field,
    select the job plan created on Step B.3 above
    5. Click Save
    6. Click on Change Status and select Active
    7. In the More Actions section, select "Generate Work Orders"
    8. In the "Generate Work Orders" dialog window, uncheck the "Use
    Frequency Criteria" checkbox
    9. Click the OK button
    10. Note down the Work Order number generate
    11. Run the following query in the DB:
    select * from inspectionresult where parent in ('[WONUMBER]') or
    referencedobjectid in ('[WONUMBER]');
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Batch inspections get created.
    
    ACTUAL RESULT:
    Individual inspections get created
