APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After completing an inspection in Conduct an Inspection Work
    Center, it is possible to navigate to the Assets and/or
    Locations applications, but when returning to the Work Center,
    Maximo crashes and no longer leaves the Maximo Classic
    applications.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    Steps to Replicate:
    
    1) Go to Conduct an Inspectio and pick one up or create a new
    conduct
    
    2) Complete all required questions
    
    3) On the Take Action > View Asset Details or On the Take Action
    > View Location Details
    
    Expected Results: It should be possible to view Assets or
    Locations application and go back to Work Center without
    problem.
    
    Results: An error message pops up:
    "You do not have authorization for the requested location"
    or
    "You do not have authorization for the requested asset"
