APAR status

Error description

  • It is not possible to submit a Desktop Requisition if the
    requisition lines are downloaded first.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    1. Go to Self Service > Desktop Requisitions > Create
    Requisition
    
    2. Complete all required fields
    Click on Continue
    
    3. Add New Row and choose any item:
    ITEM: 11R22.5X-12
    Store Location: ATLANTA
    Quantity: 3
    
    Click on Continue
    
    4. Click on download icon at Requisition Line Items section
    Wait for the complete download
    
    5. Click on Submit
    
    Expected Result: The Request should be submitted without errors.
    .
    
    Result: The following error message pops up on the screen
    BMXAA2967E - A requisition line must have at least one MRCost
    line associated with it.

Local fix

  • The work around for this issue is to submit the Requisition
    before downloading the Requisition Line Items section.
